1. Introduction

Welcome to 282win. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 282win ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the services, content and functionality made available through the 282win website at https://282win.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

282win is an English-language online betting and casino information platform. We do not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial regulatory authority. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to them, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the 282win Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet or matched deposit credit issued to your Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Cashier" means the deposit and withdrawal interface accessible within your Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to unlock full account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the 282win website, mobile interface, all associated pages, tools and services.
• "Real Money Balance" means verified deposited funds or winnings credited to your Account that are eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

Where the Operator's licence jurisdiction imposes a higher minimum age, that higher age requirement shall apply. 282win takes underage gambling prevention seriously and applies age-verification controls during registration and as part of ongoing KYC procedures.

If it is discovered at any time that a user is under the applicable minimum age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all transactions voided and any funds returned in accordance with applicable operator policy.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform may be unavailable or restricted in certain jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for verifying that accessing and using the Services is lawful in their location. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not register an Account or use the Services.

With respect to Pakistan specifically: 282win makes no representation that its Services are authorised or permitted under Pakistani law. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any amendments thereto, may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. Users in Pakistan acknowledge this uncertainty and accept full responsibility for any legal risk associated with their use of the Platform.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold a maximum of one active Account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, accessing duplicate bonuses or any other reason is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts are for personal use only. You may not use a 282win Account on behalf of a third party, and you may not allow any other individual to access or use your Account. Acting as an agent for another person or allowing another person to fund your Account is prohibited.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 KYC Verification

282win and the Operator reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or when a transaction triggers a compliance review. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 282win customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. The Platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform and its Services are made available for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. You may access content, place wagers through the Cashier and use account management tools in accordance with these Terms and any additional rules published by the Operator.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

Without prejudice to Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct), you may not use the Platform to: access Services from a restricted jurisdiction; scrape, copy or reproduce Platform content without written authorisation; introduce malicious software or scripts; circumvent security controls; or engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

5.3 Service Availability

282win does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or its Services. Maintenance, technical issues or regulatory requirements may cause temporary service interruptions. The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed in your live Cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable fees and processing times are determined by the Operator and the relevant payment provider and are subject to change without notice.

Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. None of these providers endorse, are affiliated with, or guarantee support for gambling transactions on this Platform. Users must verify current method availability in the live Cashier before depositing.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: completion of KYC verification; satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; the payout method minimum and maximum limits in force at the time of the request; and any account standing conditions applied by the Operator.

The withdrawal payout method must match the registration details on the Account. The Platform does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times — these are determined by the Operator and the payment provider. Do not rely on estimated processing windows as guaranteed commitments.

6.3 Currency

Where amounts are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are illustrative figures unless confirmed as live promotional values in the active Cashier. The Operator may apply exchange rates if your Account currency differs from PKR.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

282win and the Operator are committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due-diligence requests, including source-of-funds documentation. Compliance with these requests is mandatory to maintain Account functionality.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotional incentives offered through 282win are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available. These terms include, but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement (rollover), maximum bet size while using Bonus Funds, eligible games or markets, and expiry date.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the Bonus Funds (or in some cases the sum of Bonus Funds plus the qualifying deposit) must be wagered in eligible bets before a withdrawal can be processed. Example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, low-risk hedging designed solely to extract bonus value, multi-accounting or any other method determined by the Operator to constitute bonus abuse will result in voiding of the applicable bonus, forfeiture of related winnings and may lead to permanent Account suspension.

7.4 Illustrative Nature of Promotional Figures

Bonus amounts and percentage match figures displayed on the Platform (for example "100% welcome offer up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples only unless confirmed as active live promotions in the Cashier at the time of deposit. Always verify current offer status in the active Cashier before depositing.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournament fixtures, football, UFC and other sports — are subject to the Operator's sportsbook rules. Market settlement, void rules, in-play restrictions and payout calculations are governed by the active sportsbook terms published in the Platform's rules section. 282win does not endorse any sports team, league or governing body.

8.2 Casino & Live Dealer

Casino game rules, including RTP declarations, minimum and maximum bet limits, live dealer table protocols and game-specific bonus eligibility, are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider. Users are advised to review individual game rules before wagering.

8.3 System Errors

In the event of a system error, software malfunction or data feed failure that results in the incorrect display of odds, game outcomes or account balances, 282win and the Operator reserve the right to void the affected transactions and restore the Account to its state immediately prior to the erroneous event. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity;
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading or any form of sports manipulation;
• Attempting to launder proceeds of crime through Platform transactions;
• Collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in casino games;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors or displayed odds that are manifestly incorrect;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity to Platform staff;
• Any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

Upon detecting or suspecting a breach of this section, 282win reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation and, where evidence is found to support the breach, permanently close the Account and forfeit all balances in accordance with Operator policy.

10. Responsible Gambling

282win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss caps for defined periods can be configured and enforced at the Account level.
• Session Reminders: Time-based reminders can be set to alert users to the duration of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling may request a self-exclusion period or permanent closure of their Account. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the agreed window.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 282win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, software code and interactive features — is the intellectual property of 282win or its licenced content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 282win. Scraping, data mining or automated collection of Platform data is expressly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 282win and its Operator, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, system failure, payment processing delays or errors in game outcomes.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Amendments

282win reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, users will be notified via the Platform interface or by email to the registered Account address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's registered jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that the Operator does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may independently apply to them regardless of the governing law clause above. This clause does not constitute legal advice, and users are encouraged to seek independent legal guidance.
